REGISTERING FOR ONLINE ACCESS TO YOUR
CRA ACCOUNTS
If not yet registered, you can follow these steps for CRA online access.
Access will allow you to review filings, balances and limits.
Artax can be authorized at any time to assist in reassessment reviews.
Please follow these steps:
TO REGISTER for online access to your TAX ACCOUNT
1. go to http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/menu-eng.html
2. click on “Sign in to a CRA account”
3. click on “My Account”
4. scroll down to Option 2 and click “CRA register”
5. answer all the questions and remember the password you entered
6. you will be mailed an access code
7. when it arrives go back to the site and register using the mailed code
TO REGISTER for online access to your BUSINESS ACCOUNT
(includes HST/corporate/payroll/dividend accounts)
1. go to http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/menu-eng.html
2. cick on “Sign in to a CRA account”
3. click on “My Business Account”
4. scroll down to Option 2 and click “CRA register”
5. Answer all the questions and remember the password you entered
6. you will be mailed an access code
7. when it arrives go back to the site and register using the mailed code
TO AUTHORIZE ARTAX on your TAX ACCOUNT
•
Login into your CRA My Account
•Under “Related Services” on the right side
• Click "Authorized Representatives, select “Authorize New Representative”
•Enter ARTAX Inc. business number 748967726
TO AUTHORIZE ARTAX on your BUSINESS ACCOUNTS
•Login to My Business Account
•Top middle click on “Business Profile”
•Select “Authorize/Manage Representative”
•Enter ARTAX Inc. business number 748967726
